Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

• Any order related disputes need to be addressed within 48 hours of receiving the parcel from us.
• We do not offer returns or refunds.  However, we can facilitate a size exchange if required.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to send the item back to us for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We do not provide reverse pick-up services.
• Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and once approved you will get the exchanges size shipped from our end to you within 3-5 business days.
• We strictly reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.

 

Steps for Size Exchange:

1. For size exchange please send us a DM on Instagram or mail us at kaaribypreetisinghal@gmail.com with your original order number along with all necessary details of exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. The product you want to return must be couriered to us from your end within 5 days of receiving the parcel.
3. Once your exchange is approved, we will send you the address to courier it back to us. (We are based in Delhi NCR)
4. The courier will be organised and paid for by the customer.
5. Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the size exchange for the items.
6. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
7. We will send a size exchange only once, post which the courier for any further exchanges will have to be paid by the customer- both ways.
