Terms of service
- We have a no refund policy, however there is a size exchange option if you wish to exchange your order for a different size.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The courier to send an exchange back to us has to be organised and paid for by the customer.
- Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. We will be able to address the issue with our delivery partner during that time period only.
- All orders can be tracked through the official DTDC website via the tracking numbers given by us through mail once the order is shipped from our end.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our exchange requirements.
Damages & Issues:
- Please check your order thoroughly once you receive it and contact us immediately with photos/videos via Instagram DM or mail if the item is defected/damaged/if you receive the wrong item- so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will have the product collected at no extra charges.
- If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we will only be replacing it with the same item. Under special circumstances upon inspection of the damage, we may allow a style exchange or a refund in this case as well.
Size Customisation:
- We offer size customisations and minor customisations in length and sizes of the product at no extra charge.
- Please drop us a dm if you would like to get your order customised- once we confirm the availability of the item and the customisation, you can place your order on the website normally.
- We do not accept exchanges/returns on custom orders as we are unable to repurpose the pieces, so please send the accurate measurements across as we will not be able to take the item back.
- Custom orders will be shipped within 7-15 working days.
