Shipping policy

For shipping (India and International), we use the delivery company- DTDC. All orders can be tracked through the official DTDC website with the tracking number given by us when the order is shipped from our end. 

Domestic Shipping Information:

• Standard shipping is charged at INR 100 and orders are delivered within 7-14 working days. 
• Express shipping is charged at INR 400 and orders are delivered within 1-4 working days depending on the location. Please drop in a message after you place your order if you have opted for express delivery and we can assist you in getting your order on time. 
• You will get real time updates on mail for your orders.
• Working days exceptions: weekends and bank holidays. 
• If your order shows 'delivered' and you have not received it within 24 hours, please inform us at that time itself as we use an external delivery partner and need to address this issue with them during the time frame given above.
